How to Win By Failing the Ice Bucket Challenge

  1. One of the most beautiful patients I ever took care of had
ALS. He was in his thirties I believe. His mom told me that when his father learned he had the disease, he committed suicide. This young man had been married I think. This is over 18 years ago. He was totally incapacitated but his inner beauty shined brightly. His mom took loving care of him before he finally passed away. However, he was and still is one of the most precious patients I had the privilege of caring for.
